Physicochemical examination...

LabCo executes physicochemical research on all sorts of products. Some of these analyses are e.g. the determination of energy values, the amount of albumen, raw fibre, sulphite, fat, moisture, and free fatty acids.


Instrumental examination

Various techniques, such as gaschromatography, high pressure liquid chromatography, Near Infra-red Reflection, atomic absorption, ICP and spectrophotometry are employed to produce the most accurate analyses such as residues of pesticides, fatty acid composition, heavy metals, minerals, mycotoxins, polymeryzed triglycerides, etc.



Organoleptic examination

This form of examination has as its goal to determine the purity and/or composition of a product. The naked eye or a microscope is used in these observations.
In this manner products are examined for admixtures, or for the presence of e.g. Datura Species L., Ricinus seedcovers, or animal components.



Microbiological examination

LabCo conducts microbiological examination on feeding stuffs, foodstuffs and body- and healthcare products. On-site hygiene inspections and air studies also take place in combination with visual evaluation of operating procedures, area and equipment.
Clear recommendations, in the form of comprehensive reports, are issued on the basis of the findings.

Microbiological examinations are done in a highly automated environment.
